Having worked on the hiring side, I understood the challenges recruiters faced. But when I moved to Finland, I experienced a different side of the problem.

As an international professional looking for work, I discovered how difficult it could be to communicate my experience, demonstrate my skills, and get noticed in a new job market.

A CV could list what I had done, but it couldn't fully show what I was capable of. Applications took hours to tailor, while the challenge of getting my experience recognised remained.

I also saw the other side of the problem. Recruiters were dealing with large volumes of applications, repetitive claims, and limited ways to assess what candidates could actually do.

The problem wasn't a lack of talent. It was the difficulty of making real talent visible.
